In order to be eligible for a refund, you need to return the product within 14 calendar days of your purchase. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition that you received it and undamaged in any way.

Once we receive the product(s), we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your product(s). If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to the original payment method you have used to initiate the purchase. It takes 5-10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 14 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.A refund will be provided for the amount paid for the returned product excluding the initial shipping cost with the exception of faulty or incorrectly shipped items.
